Filebeats Getting Connection reset by peer error

I am trying to send logs from filebeat(from dev host) to logstash (running in kubernetes separate Node), but getting following error

[INFO ] 2020-07-22 20:42:19.309 [defaultEventExecutorGroup-4-1] BeatsHandler - [local: 0.0.0.0:5044, remote: 10.233.125.0:4025] Handling exception: Connection reset by peer
[WARN ] 2020-07-22 20:42:19.309 [nioEventLoopGroup-2-2] DefaultChannelPipeline - An exceptionCaught() event was fired, and it reached at the tail of the pipeline. It usually means the last handler in the pipeline did not handle the exception.

In client side (filebeat dev host) issue shows like 'connection is closed, I/O exception'

I am using all latest versions
Logstash 7.8.0
Filebeat 7.8.0

Logstash Config is

logstash.yml: |
http.host: "0.0.0.0"
path.config: /usr/share/logstash/pipeline
logstash.conf: |
input {
beats {
port => 5044
client_inactivity_timeout => 1200
}
}
output {
elasticsearch {
hosts => [ "elasticsearch-logging:9200" ]
}
}

Tried different configs & solutions of other topics discussions but nothing works.
