Filebeats @timestamp can remove or modify the format?

I want to pass filebeats collect logs to eagle.

but eagle cant parse the time format (2017-03-02T06:02:47.859Z)

i can remove the @timestamp or modify time format ?

i want @timestamp is 2017-03-2 06:02:48,859.

formatting @timestamp is not possible from beats.
