Firewall configuration for Azure Event Hubs plugin

We tried to retrieve data from an Azure EventHub. Locally it works perfect but in our test environment it didn't. We suppose that a firewall is blocking the traffic since we get a timeout without error message.

Can anybody tell me which endpoint is initializing the connection and on which port?
Is it the Logstash plugin or the Azure EventHub plugin?

Take a look at the Microsoft docs under "Connections and sessions".

I cannot imagine any way that it could not be logstash initiating the connection.
