We are trying to fetch the CloudWatch logs in Elastic using FunctionBeat. The function is getting deployed successfully but not able to give the Cloudwatch data in Elastic. We did the configurations for the FunctionBeat specifying the Lambda Function and also the elasticsearch host instance. Is there need to do any futher configurations other then the basic configurations for FunctionBeat to get the CloudWatch Logs?

Functionbeat is not maintained anymore, and we will stop supporting it on October.
I would recommend you to give a try to the Elastic Serverless Forwarder, whose documentation you can find here: Elastic Serverless Forwarder for AWS | Elastic Serverless Forwarder Guide | Elastic
