Gelf logger setup to send logs to multiple nodes of my ELK cluster

Hello

I am using gelf logger to send logs from my service that is hosted in openshift to the elk.

I can send successfully the logs to 1 node of my 3 nodes cluster according to the setup that the image shows below.
Nevertheless can someone help me to transform the host section of the logger in order to send the logs in all 3 nodes of my cluster so even if one or 2 elastic nodes are down the logger still to send that info to the other nodes?
