How logstash parse sqlite data to json file

my purpose is using elasticsearch for sqlite data analysis and i am use logstash for parse sqlite to json format, i not understand how setting that, can you help me

sorry my language it so bad, my question is, how dionaea.sqlite log parse to .json with logstash filter, i want to analysis dionaea log to elasticsearch, are you know how configure that ?

if input use filebeat send log dionaea.sqlite to logstash, do i still use plugin-input-sqlite too?
