How to add date in email subject triggering through watcher

Hi, we are getting the count details and sending the details through email using teh watcher option.
Do we have any option to send the date in the email subject ?
For example, my email subject should be like this

Subject : Count details report for 2019-04-28

(Note: The report is generated from previous day indices, so the date is previous date)
