How to apply a filter by "String in field"

Hi, im using SNMP input, with "walk". When I got the OID walk result, I have a lot of field name like : ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.23, ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.24, ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.25, and I want to use something like : " if "ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr." in the field name, do " in my filter, but I don't know what is the plugin and the syntax appropriate to do this..

First of all is it possible ? If yes, how to do ?
