How to delete my old community inactive account

Hi I have an old account that I need to delete.
I lost the associated email as well. I am trying to scrub the internet of unused and old memberships from several groups.

I am attaching the old account screenshots.
Any guidance on this will be helpful.

The user id is sxsarkar. I don’t have email associated with it anymore
