How to implement multiple multiline filters in filebeat using autodiscover

I have installed filebeat on kubernetes as deamonset to collect all kubernetes logs. we have different log patterns and also have to multiline filters of different kind of logs. I wrote autodiscover configuration matching kubernetes container name but its not working. Can someone please help me resolve this issue.
