How to load the old data (such as MySQL slow sql log) by filebeat?

For confirmed bugs, please report:

Version: 5.3.0
Operating System: CentOS
Steps to Reproduce:
Now, only the logs after 09:07(time) can be sent to Logstash, then persisted to Elasticsearch.
Others before the date can't be loaded by filebeat.

I have tried to stop filebeat server(5044) and delete or change the path of registry file, but all failed.
The offset in the registry is equal to zero.
I have tried to delete the index in Elasticsearch, but all failed.

How to load the old data? Pls help, thanks.
