How to run a verification bloc (one time) after scheduled output

Hi,
I'm using this configuration: SqlServer --> LogStash --> {ElasticSearch, Mysql}.

I need to verify the number of input data (from logstash) and the output data (from mysql).

It is possible to query elasticsearch onetime after all received data is handled by logstash.
