How to schedule logstash pipelibe to consume kafka input logs every 15min

Hello,

I want to developp a logstash pipeline that consume heathbeat logs from filebeat that are generated every 5 minutes. the goal is to be sure that everything is working fine from my filebeat inputs to kibana.

how can I schedule my logstash pipeline, so that he consume the logs coming from kafka, every 15minutes ?
