How to update the multiline log

hi guys：
i have a log like this :
2017-11-08T16:40:40Z 192.168.1.1 logbody\nlogbody\nlogbody
i want to filter this log by \n, and each message field had a field name source_ip:192.168.1.1 ，how can i do with the filter?
english is no my first language, if what i mean isnot clear,please tell me.
