How to use logstash S3 input plugin with AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) region

I am trying to use Logstash 2.4 to parse logfiles from AWS s3 Mumbai Region (ap-south-1). But Its not working due to compatibility issues of logstash with aws mumbai region. Is there any way to get it working ?
