I getting this error while logstash.conf file

Please copy/paste text, don't post screenshots.

Logstash can't connect to the database server. Can you connect outside of Logstash but on the same host as Logstash (using e.g. netcat or telnet)?

Hi Magnusbaeck actually I'm trying to import data from sql server to elasticsearch using jdbc plugin so I have created a logstash.conf file and trying to load that file by bin\logstash -f logstash.conf. After trying all scenarios.Now the problem was solved and we are able to import data from sql server.
