Indexed Documents not visible In AppSearch UI

HI,
I am facing a Weird issue please help me with the solution

Using 7.6.2 version of the App Search
Using 7.6.2 version of the Elastic Search

Although I am able to perform the CRUD operations using /documents endpoint, i am still facing the following issues:

  1. Documents are getting indexed but are not Visible in AppSearch UI. I am able to fetch the documents using get by Id call, However i am not able fetch the same document using the queries or filters
  2. Api logs page is not getting loaded (getting statuscode 503)
  3. documents/list endpoint returns empty results

Can you please let me know the solution for this issue ,its much appreciated
