Install and run Logstash tar file

Does anyone know how to install and run logstash in a tar format binary?

Do you mean to run and use from tar binaries or be full replacement as rpm/msi?
Is this LS on Windows or Linux?

This is a logstash in Linux.

You can just extract and run as a process, a background process (with & at the end). For the service mode, LS must be register as the service.
