You have to add logging dependencies:

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.apache.logging.log4j</groupId>
            <artifactId>log4j-api</artifactId>
            <version>2.7</version>
            <scope>test</scope>
        </dependency>

            <groupId>org.apache.logging.log4j</groupId>
