As the message indicates, this is not an error but just logs the stacktrace of where reference count has been decremented.
When setting log_level to debug or info the agent doesn't log that stack trace.
You would see the captured DB queries in Kibana, rather than in the logs. If that does not work, have a look at the troubleshooting docs.
