Same here, it seems "/app/monitoring#" is lost from url, if you use this it should work for pipeline, worked for me at least
http://KIBANAENDPOINT/app/monitoring#/logstash/pipelines/NAMEOFPIPELINE?_g=(cluster_uuid:'#CLUSTERID')
