Layer7 API Gateway - parsing logs

Anyone boarded Layer7 API Gateway logs, and parsed them?
We used to do this with regex, but have moved to FileBeat...albeit in an uparsed mode.

We now want to get field level details,like CA has documented.

Here are their fields

I'm curious how this might align to ECS Schema as well..eventually.
