Log stash CSV Filter is not reading last line as it is due to the same issue outlined in the below link I added a blank row at the end of csv and saved the file, re-ran the logstash and it worked.
As I am using Jira link to download the content as CSV through CURL command where I don't have an option to add a blank row at the end of CSV file. Please let me know what can be the workaround in this scenario.

I don't see why you wouldn't have the option to append a blank line after the curl command.

The file input requires that lines end with a newline character. This is not configurable.
