Logstash bulk request failures: Connection reset by peer / NO_VALID_CONNECTION_AVAILABLE

I see this error in logstash-plain.log

I installed elastcisearch 8.10.20 and kibana 810.2 and logstash 8.10.2 and filebeat 10.8.2 RPM on my oracle Linux, everything is running and I can login to kibana dashboard after adding token and username and password, but I do not see filebeat log.
