NOTE - I HAVE TRIED SETTING GEM SOURCE TO HTTP TEMP AND STILL NOTHING!!!
TLS is set to use 1.2 all the way on up to modern. I can hit other https sites just fine.

I am running Ubuntu 18.04 (and tried disco dingo as well) - elastic stack 7.1 (elasticsearch, kibana, logstash), and on bare metal server. No nat and no firewalls are blocking.
