Logstash Data base plugin to pull uodated data

Hello,

I have a requirement to pull sql table data in regular interval for last one month,i will be using the primary key of table as elastiseach id to avoid duplicates and update the records but is there a way i can only pull the records from table which are only updated after the first run so that i wont be pulling the records which are not updated
