Logstash in elasticcloud without elastic agent

Hi,
we are looking for logstash without elastic agent inetgration in elastic cloud.
I'm not able to find simple logstash (without elasticagent) in elastic cloud.

As our network devices will send logs to logstash those need to be shown in kibana.

Please suggest steps to integrate only logstash without elastic agent.

Elastic Cloud doesn't provided Logstash sorry to say.
