Logstash node api is not working in version 6.6.2

Hi all, I am working with Logstash 6.6.2. Currently, logstash start up as Windows Service, and I want to re run a single pipeline by id using the Logstash API.

Also I was reading the documentation for my version but I don't have information about that (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/6.6/node-info-api.html).
