Logstash Not using environment proxy setting -- Authentication 407 error

Hi Team

Logstash 6.2 not using proxy setting of env as well as mentioned in configuration file:

-> proxy => "http://username:password@northproxy:4145" in file.
-> export http_proxy=http://username:password@northproxy:4145
export https_proxy=https://username:password@northproxy:4145

Need support urgent.
