Logstash persistent queueing

Hi,

I know that there is a persistent queueing for logstash in the works (https://github.com/elastic/logstash/issues/2605). Its marked as roadmap 5.1, Is there plan for this to appear before 5.1? Is there an estimated timeline for this? Trying to gauge if we can wait for this instead of deploying redis to handle the queueing so we don't loose logs as we go production with our stack.

We don't provide timelines for releases sorry!

thanks. We'll go ahead and design/implement redis at this time then since we can't forecast the persistent logstash feature.
