Hi everyone,
I'm trying to configure logstash but apparently I am inserting the wrong certificate
logstash.outputs.elasticsearch][main] Failed to perform request {:message=>"Certificate for <UP> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names: [localhost, 127.0.0.1, es01]", :exception=>Manticore::UnknownException, :cause=>#<Java::JavaxNetSsl::SSLPeerUnverifiedException: Certificate for <IP> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names: [localhost, 127.0.0.1, es01]>}
Unable to retrieve license information from license server {:message=>"No Available connections"}
Attempted to resurrect connection to dead ES instance, but got an error {:url=>"https://elastic:xxxxxx@IP:9200/", :exception=>LogStash::Outputs::ElasticSearch::HttpClient::Pool::HostUnreachableError, :message=>"Elasticsearch Unreachable: [https://IP:9200/][Manticore::UnknownException] Certificate for <IP> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names: [localhost, 127.0.0.1, es01]"}
logstash.yml
http.host: "0.0.0.0" xpack.monitoring.elasticsearch.hosts: [ "https://IP:9200" ] xpack.monitoring.elasticsearch.ssl.certificate_authority: "/usr/share/logstash/config/ca.crt"
logstash.conf
input {
udp {
port => "5044"
}
}
output {
elasticsearch {
hosts => ["https://IP:9200"]
ssl => true
ssl_certificate_verification => true
cacert => "/usr/share/logstash/config/ca.crt"
user => "username"
password => "${ELASTIC_PASSWORD}"
data_stream => true
data_stream_type => "logs"
}
}
I do not know what to do anymore, so if you are able to help, please do it!
thank you
