while executing logstash its started but still running not terminated ,its doesnot show pipeline terminated message ,but job completed

From what I understand you're trying to terminate Logstash service?
How are you currently terminating it? I don't think Ctrl+C is sufficient enough, since its shutdown process can also be terminated.
Have you tried shutting down Logstash with the following steps: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/shutdown.html ?
