I have logstash 7.4 installed - when i run it from the command line via this
/usr/share/logstash/bin/logstash --path.settings /etc/logstash
it works fine - i see the log file and its showing up in the Kibana Monitoring dashboard
when i run it sudo systemctl start logstash its shows that its running without errors but there is not log file and i dont see it in my kibana dashboard under monitoring
i just have a basic logstash.yml right now - no pipelines or anything
