Logtash-plugin install exetreamly slow, can I copy plugin files make install process easy?

I have many nodes need install one plugin, can I install one nodes, then copy the files to other nodes?

I tried copy whole /usr/share/logstash/vendor folder from already have plugin installed , but logstash-plugin list on target node still can not find the desired plugin.

what I missed?
