Metricbeat + Windows perfmon counters sent in separate JSONs in disagreement with docs

Hi,

The issue is well explained in a ticket from Aug 17: https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/4944.

This is in disagreement with the docs (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/metricbeat-metricset-windows-perfmon.html) and might be a regression of 6.x.

If you will try the example from the docs as-is you will get 2 jsons and not one. The desired output is as the docs dictate - one json for all perfmon counters, this allows for logs correlation (e.g. services on Windows clusters and their host metrics).

@Itamar_Syn_Hershko There is currently an open issue on beats https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/6584 to help with that problem.
