can we list multiple vsphere hosts in the hosts field?

currently I have hosts: [ "https://host1/sdk", "https://host2/sdk"] but it is only collecting information from host1 and nothing from host2

if we are wanting to collect from multiple vspheres can this be done from a single instance of metricbeats?

Hello, thanks for posting your question here. I will look at the code to see if it supports more than one host. For now, if you want to monitor multiple hosts, you can try vsphere.yml like:

- module: vsphere
  enabled: true
  metricsets: ["datastore", "host", "virtualmachine"]
  period: 10s
  hosts: ["https://host1/sdk"]
- module: vsphere
  enabled: true
  metricsets: ["datastore", "host", "virtualmachine"]
  period: 10s
  hosts: ["https://host2/sdk"]
