MongoDB stats not coming up

I have been facing the problem in mongo metricbeat dashboard.

The mongoDB stats for elasticsearch are not coming up fully.
Mongo Version: 3.2
Metricbeat version: 6.8

Receiving the below error in /var/log/metricbeat

ERROR mapstriface/mapstriface.go:105 wrong format in dataFileVersion: expected dictionary, found map[string]interface {}
ERROR mapstriface/mapstriface.go:105 wrong format in extentFreeList: expected dictionary, found map[string]interface {}
ERROR mapstriface/mapstriface.go:105 wrong format in extentFreeList: expected dictionary, found map[string]interface {}
ERROR mapstriface/mapstriface.go:105 wrong format in dataFileVersion: expected dictionary, found map[string]interface {}

However, i am able to receive partial visualizations
