What are configuration we have to do to monitor the active mq sever and also see what are the messgages are getting consumed by the consumers through metricbeat.

You can get metrics for ActiveMQ using the activemq Metricbeat module: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/metricbeat-module-activemq.html. I'm not sure there is a way to see what messages are being consumed.
