Multiple Grok filter Plugin extracted from a database or a file

Is it possible to have multiple grok filter in the .conf file from another file (ex: JSON file) or from a database?
For example i have a log file to which i want to change the grok plugin not directly from the .conf config file but from another file or a database.

Please Help. Thank you.
