Multithreading management in multiline codec

Hi,
i've just moved multiline management from filter layer to input layer.
In development enviroment i've no forwarders, the pipeline directly get from local file input.

it's not clear from LS2.2 changelog if multiline codec used in input file, IS or NOT thread safe (it's just clearly written that previous multiline filter it's NOT)

Could u guys make it clear ?

The multiline codec does not have the same problem as the multiline filter.
