My Lab session is not creating

Course: Elastic Security For SIEM training
Version: Not certain of the version.
Question: My Lab session is not creating, and after a long while I just see Windows-endpoint Error and the following message:
We have encountered a technical issue while setting up or your lab.
Please contact your course provider, as they can best help you resolve this issue.

Please try sending an email from the registered email id to training@elastic.co and maybe they can help you with the issues you are facing while starting the lab.
