Nbr of docs is different for the same data

I wana ask you about the nbr of docs why is different even i use the same data for the 2 index ?
I have a look at the elastic log , i found this information:

AT 13:35 , the PC was screen saver(locked screen)! did that was the
reason of the failed connexion? If yes, how can i avoid that?
