Netflow plugin installation error

Setting up a test for the Netflow plugin, on freshly installed V6.3.2 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.10.

Despite setting the no-verify flag, I get this result:

/usr/share/logstash/bin/logstash-plugin install netflow --no-verify
Validating netflow
netflow is not a Logstash plugin
ERROR: Installation aborted, verification failed for netflow

I'm not sure how to proceed. There is nothing in /var/log/logstash.

The netflow codec plugin is installed with logstash-plugin install logstash-codec-netflow.
