I think your filebeat.yml is already enough to get these running.
you need to config dashboards section to import default dashboards, visualizations, searches etc.
either copy section from filebeat.full.yml or refer to detail document https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/current/configuration-dashboards.html
