Running OSS logstash 2.8.2, bundled JDK, on CentOS 7 Linux plugin tcp input specifying "tcp_keep_alive=true". Experiencing recurring "closing due: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset" errors for this pipeline (varies, but about every 20 minutes or so). Preceding these events are multiple tcp input debug messages "initialized channel" for this pipeline and these occur about once every 10-12 seconds. The "initialized channel" messages are showing a source IP of the system sending logs to this pipeline. Are the "initialized channel" messages telling us that the tcp socket connection has been reset/initialized by the source log fowarder?
