I am trying to get the count of throughput coming to Kafka. The throughput is literally rows and rows of records.
Hmm I'm not a pro on Kafka module but by glancing at the code, I don't think metricbeat collects that. Please feel free to open enhancement requests https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/new?template=feature-request.md for metricbeat to add the data you want with more details and/or use cases.
