And it owned by logstash !!
I resolve the problem :
I had to change in : /etc/logstash/startup.options :
LS_USER=root
LS_GROUP=root
And run :
/usr/share/logstash/bin/system-install startup.options
That is great to know! Generally speaking, these steps are automatically executed on package installation. Maybe your installation was broken somehow.
I do not recommend running Logstash as root. This is not a secure approach to running applications.
