Quote_char in csv filter plugin

"^" as quote_char not working.
in the file fields are enclosed with the "^";
What are the possible values for the quote_char

I just tried with ^aabb^,^ccc^ content and csv { quote_char => "^" } logstash conf, and it works fine.

Maybe upgrade to last logstash version (I tried with logstash 2.3.2).
