Redeploy admin-console-elasticsearch?

I tried to do an update from 6.8.9 to 6.8.12 on admin-console-elasticsearch. I guess also it moved to a new allocator that had issues and welp, it's gone now.

the UI lets me login but times out for about everything and "Fetching region ece-region failed"

There wasn't anything in there yet so I could start over but ... can I just recreate this container or otherwise recover?

I tried this: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/current/ece-troubleshooting-emergency.html

but that actually didn't bring up anything listening on port 12400

seems to still be on old node just don't know how to make ECE know that and kick it off
