Resume logstash csv import

Hi, I have a csv file of about 10 GB that I'm importing into elastic via logstash.

by mistake during the import the PC was restarted, I would like to know if it is possible to resume the import from the point where logstash has been interrupted.

If you're using Logstash's file input that's how it works out of the box. See the Tracking of current position in watched files section in the file input documentation for details.
